Location
From Asheville, NC, take I-26 W/ US-19 N. Take Exit 9 for US-19/ US-23 ALT N towards Burnsville/ Spruce Pine. Travel 10.9 miles and take a right on Phipps Creek Rd. Go 1.1 mile and turn left onto Ball Rd. then turn left on Mountain Air Dr.
From the front gate, drive 3.1 miles on Mountain Air Dr. (you'll come to a fork and veer right and continue on Mountain Air Dr.). Then veer right onto Andrew Banks Rd. Go another 0.4 miles and veer left on Logging Horse Rd. 148 Logging Horse Rd B-302 will be the first building on the right top unit. (Do not take first right driveway).
