Location
From Asheville: Take US-19 N/US-23 ALT N towards Woodfin/ Weaverville. Take exit 9 for US-19 N/ US-23 ALT N towards Burnsville/ Spruce Pine. Follow US-19 for 18 miles. Turn right onto Phipps Creek Rd. Turn left on Ball Rd. and then left again on Mountain Air Dr.
From the gatehouse, drive 1.8 miles to the top of the mountain. Take a sharp left onto Heritage Ridge Road. Then take your second right and veer right into the 10 Stoney Falls Parking lot. The condo is the last unit on the right.
