From Asheville, NC, take I-26 W/ US-19 N. Take Exit 9 for US-19/ US-23 ALT N towards Burnsville/ Spruce Pine. Travel 10.9 miles and take a right on Phipps Creek Rd. Go 1.1 mile and turn left onto Ball Rd. then turn left on Mountain Air Dr.
Go 1.9 miles up the mountain past the front gate and turn sharp left on Heritage Ridge Rd. and take your second right on Stoney Falls Loop. The group of "121" Condos is the fifthgroup of condos on the left. Park in the designated parking area for E-4.
